Architecture rooted in Herzegovina.

NERO is an architecture studio based in Mostar, working on architecture and interiors that start from the site itself: its terrain, light, materials and way of life.

The name joins N for the Neretva with ERO for Herzegovina, its character, tradition and way of life. River, stone and light are more than images of the region - they shape the way we design.

We treat architecture as a relationship between space, people, nature and where it belongs - never simply as an object. That's why we stay with a project from first idea through to realisation: through concept and main design, interiors, and on-site advice during construction.
