Among the Olive Trees
A new L-shaped house and a renovated existing building enclose a courtyard with a pool among the olive trees.
The project connects a retained and renovated existing building with a new L-shaped residence. The new house holds three bedrooms, the living space, kitchen and dining, while the existing structure keeps a garage and a ground-floor konoba.
The pool, outdoor seating, fireplace and existing olive trees tie the architecture to the Mediterranean character of Malo Polje. The two wings hold the project’s quiet centre: a courtyard that is at once a room, a garden and a view.
